As websites go, this one may seem quite "Plain Jane" at first glance.  Take time to dig a little deeper and you will walk away with 24 lessons that employ the strategy of problem based inquiry science.  These are intended for students in high school, but with some modification I can see how upper elementary students and middle school students could be successful in grappling with some of the core concepts found within the structure of these problems.  Find out more by visiting "The Nature of Science".
